Privacy Policy

The short version
GullyVisit exists to help field sales teams run their day. We collect only what the product needs to work, we never sell your data, and everything your team enters belongs to your business — exportable at any time.
What we collect
- Account details — name, phone number and company, provided when a workspace is created.
- Business data your team enters — outlets, product catalogs, orders, visits, collections and notes. This data belongs to your business.
- Location at check-in — a single GPS reading when a rep checks in at a store, used to verify the visit. GullyVisit does not track location continuously or in the background.
- Device and usage information — app version, device model and crash logs, used to keep the product working.
How we use it
- To run the product: beats, visit verification, order sync, dashboards.
- To support you when something goes wrong.
- To improve GullyVisit using aggregated, de-identified usage patterns.
What we never do
- We never sell your data or your team's data to anyone.
- We never share one customer's business data with another customer.
- We never track rep location outside of the check-in moment.
Where your data lives
Data is stored on managed infrastructure (DigitalOcean) with encryption in transit. Access is limited to the systems that serve your workspace.
Retention and export
Your data stays while your workspace is active. If you leave, you can request a complete export, and we delete workspace data within 30 days of a confirmed deletion request.
